● We are aware of the issue where Lahn's facial expression is awkward when certain customization is applied.

● We are aware of the issue where certain monsters in waves of Savage Rift, and certain boss monsters summoned from boss scrolls don't disappear right after being defeated if you had not directly damaged the monsters.

● We are aware of the issue where the notification for purchasing an item is not displayed if the Central Market Warehouse is never used after placing a pre-order.

● We are aware of the issue where it is possible to move to Valencia City by using Character Transport function.

● We are aware of the issue where the Guild House Auction started on 5/09 (Thu) at 17:00, which is one day ahead of the regular schedule.

- The next Guild House Auction is scheduled to start regularly on 5/24 (Fri) at 17:00.

● We are aware of the issue where the following items that are obtained during party play after setting up the registration for marketplace special item cannot be actually registered. - Weapon: +1 ~ +7 / +9 ~ +10 / +12 - Armor: +1 ~ +5 / +7 ~ +9 / +11 ~ +12

● We are aware of the issue where continuous water scooping cannot be completed by gathering level.

● We are aware of the issue where the ingame title cannot be achieved even after completing Challenge Reward with the adjustment of required life EXP.

- You can obtain the ingame title when your life level increases.

● We are aware of the issue where the guild mount cannot be found when the number of resets for the guild mount has been dead/destroyed is 256 or more.

● We are aware of the issue where the background terrain appears abnormally when the direction of the camera changes.

● We are investigating the issue where the price of several items are displayed incorrectly when you first load Central Market information.

● We are aware of the issue where the Stable button located on lower right screen on World Map(M) does not work at Rock Post.

● We are investigating the issue where fishing is not available in the following areas.

- Lake Valencia 

- Lake at Marni Cave Path 

- Lake at Shakatu

● We are investigating the issue where fishing is not available in Lake Valencia.

● We are aware of the issue where you can't scroll down under specific situation while on Settings.

● We are aware of the issue where Archer's Canape Crossbow cannot be dyed.

● We are aware of the issue where the item transportation does not intermittently start.

- Please send your items by transport after moving to a different server if this problem occurs. 

● We are aware of the issue where you can't control your character at the lobby if your character is attacked and dies while moving to Marni's Secret Isle.

● We are aware of the issue where the text is displayed in Indonesian when using NPC vendor and NPC Blacksmith while the in-game language is set as English.

● We are aware of the issue where you cannot interact with the door of residences occasionally.

- You can fix this issue by exiting the game then logging back in.

● We are aware of an issue where the shadow is abnormally displayed on NPC Deve's face when having conversation with.

● There is an issue with Altinova Freight Wagon that it does not deliver shipment correctly.

● We are aware of an issue some stones are floating in the air at a specific place.

● We are aware that the 'Below Level 35' video guide is not being displayed.

● Pets intermittently not displaying properly (can be fixed by re-log-in through character selection window)

● The character goes underwater while fighting Kzarka. (You are able to move your character to the nearest safe location via "Escapte" Button on menu

● The 12 Wiki links on the Post Level 50 Quest Guide functioning abnormally for users depending on the patch applied

● We are aware of the delay issue that can be found intermittently when using interaction and skill keys.

● There is an issue where pearl item horse gear appears to be worn out despite its Barding is 100% of durability.

[Resolved Issues]

● We are aware of the issue where unclaimed Challenge Rewards from the Pride of Horses event are missing.
- This issue will be fixed after the next maintenance on 5/22 (Wed), and you will be able to claim your rewards normally.

● We are aware of the issue where the quest, Torenandu's Declaration of War' cannot be proceeded.

● We are aware of the issue where your Maximum Energy has been reduced by 1 due to the change of requirement to obtain all knowledge for Waragon in Valencia from 5 to 6.

● We are aware of the issue where Lahn's facial expression is awkward when certain customization is applied.

● We are aware of the issue where the quest 'Do You See That? Right There!' can be accepted but cannot complete the quest even after destroying Stone Waragon Egg. - This issue will be fixed after the next maintenance.

● We are aware of the issue where there is a sinkhole around the entrance into Altinova.

● We are aware of the issue where if you defeat a monster that is charging, chasing, or moving quickly, the loot's on-screen location is different from the loot's actual location which makes it difficult to obtain the items.

● We are aware of an issue where the UI for the Cross Roads Main Quests is occasionally not displayed after completing the "Paying Off Debts" quest. - As a temporary solution, you can change servers or reconnect to your character to resolve the issue.

● We are aware of the issue where some nearby objects are not being properly displayed intermittently.

● We are aware of the issue where Archer character can't wear all type of Life Clothes.

● We are aware of the issue where the game client shuts down if you press button in Central Market.

● We are aware of the graphical issue where some objects faraway are not being properly displayed.

● We are aware of the issue where Soldiers escaping from Red Orc imprisonment are behaving abnormally near the Orc Camp area.

● We are aware of the issue where information relevant to the selected category in Crafting Notes is not displayed.

● [Central Market] We are aware of the issue where the texts, pre-order and listed items, are displayed being overlapped.

● There is an issue where the Lahn characters created using the limited edition presets get reverted back after the event period to the standard customization. - This issue can be avoided if you make a slight change to the preset customization and save it. 

● The issue where you could receive duplicated items from Black Spirit's Safe has been fixed. - However, items that were obtained incorrectly from this issue will be collected.

● We are aware of the issue where the awakening weapon of Lahn is abnormally displayed. This is due the awakening has not been updated yet, and the issue will be fixed after the upcoming update.

● We are aware of the issue where the [Striker] Blazing Inferno outfit is currently not displayed in Pearl Shop. This will be fixed after next week maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience.

● We are investigating the issue where you can highlight your message by entering '@+character name' in the chatting window is not currently working. 

●  We are aware of an issue where adventurers who have completed all the series of The Uncharted Sea, History of Margoria quests prior to when it was revamped on April 3rd and adventurers who have completed parts of the Treasure of the Ancient Shrine I - IV cannot complete the Discovered and Undiscovered quest.

● We are aware of the issue where the enhancement level is incorrectly displayed for equipment under +12 enhancement in the buy window after selecting it to buy. (Any sell group that has 2 or more enhancement levels in one category)   -> If the item you select to buy is registered on the Central Market, then you will receive the enhancement level you selected and the correct amount of silver will be deducted.

● We are aware of the issue where description about Olvia server is displayed on the Black Spirit icon which is shown to New and Returning Adventurer.

● We are investigating the issue where the Red Nose spawned by an Adventurer during [Boss] Red Nose: Engulfed in Darkness is killed by other Red Nose which another Adventurer spawned, and therefore, the quest in progress can't be completed.

● We are aware of the issue where some of the skill guide icons of all classes are not correctly displayed.

● [Archer] We are aware of the issue where some skills do not inflict damage after knockdown.

● We are investigating the issue where you can receive duplicated items from Black Spirit's Safe. - We have temporarily blocked Black Spirit's Safe from receiving the items until the issue is fixed. - Items that were obtained incorrectly will be collected.

● We are investigating the issue where the 'Frightening Witch Summon Scroll' which can be obtained upon completing the quest [Tears of the Wind] is not currently working as intended.

● We are aware of the issue where Combat, Life, Special Fames are currently displayed as 0 on My Information Window. - However, please note that the Family Fame Benefits will still be correctly applied.

● We are aware of the issue where the quest 'The Story of the Hero Borne Upon the Winds' which cannot be accepted during the Main Quest is displayed on the quest widget.

● We are investigating the issue where the additional AP obtained by completing the Adventure Log is not correctly applied as intended.

● We are investigating of the issue where the title, 'Fighter', which is given to a War Hero if a certain condition is met is not currently available.

● We are aware of the issue where the shipment sent over the sea between Epheria and Altinova is not departed

● We are aware of the issue where spawning a boss monster for the quest '[Co-op] Defeat the Weakened Belmorn!' currently isn't available.

● We are aware of the issue where Qoobe the monster is spawned immediately after accepting the quest '[To Level 50!] Giant Catfishman Qoobe]'

● We are aware of the issue where certain NPC vendors are not selling equippable items.

● There is an issue where characters created after the release of the new remastered main quest cannot receive event quests for "A Storm is Brewing at Epheria'. - This issue will be fixed after the scheduled maintenace on 02/27.

● [Archer] We are investigating the issue where the hunting damage is stacked with AP by the equipped Greatbow(awakening weapon) when attacking with a matchlock on mount.

● We are investigating the issue where a random worker stops working when removing a fence.

● We are investigating the issue where the navigation does not guide to Ganin Arth during the Mediah main quest, 'Prince's Request for Asylum'. - You can search Ganin Arth with the Find NPC function.

● We are aware that the backgrounds of the Knowledge and Amity windows appear black regardless of the graphics setting.

● There's an issue where AP by sub-weapon for Witch and Wizard is not applied to inflict damage.

● We are aware of the issue where Investment Bank is not available at the moment. This will be fixed after maintenance next week.

● We are aware of the issue where Gold Bar from the Citizen Bank isn't available at the moment. This will be fixed after maintenance next week.

● We are aware of the issue where the boss monster, Puturum, spawned from [Dark Rift] disappears if it is not defeated within 2 hours and 30 minutes.

● We are aware of the issue where an icon is not displayed indicating that the whole party will not gain party loots if there's a party member with difference in levels of 10 or more.

● We are aware of the issue where the navigation doesn't work due to tutorials in progress even after you completed the tutorials and reached Lv.7. - Please re-connect or go to Character Selection and come back in order to resolve the issue.

● We are aware of the issue where the first 1 hour login reward from Golden Treasure Chests is not displayed on Challenge. The reward will be sent out later with a notice.

● We are aware of the issue where Striker/Mystic continues to move in an awkward position after getting off the horse without equipping its Main and Awakening weapons.  - Go to Character Selection and return in order to fix the issue. ● We are aware of the issue where part of the text 'Waiting to Sell'  and 'Waiting to Purchase' are overlapping with item price in Central Market.

● We are aware of the issue where the barrier at the start location often disappears. Please be aware that you can get killed by Black Spirit immediately after the match begins If you move too far away

● We are aware of the issue where Cooking Utensil cannot be retrieved after installation by LMB at a specific residence in Calpheon. - You can retrieve the Cooking Utensil by clicking 'Retrieve All' button if this issue occurs.

● We are aware of the issue where notification about Value Pack is not displayed if an item is sold by pre-order.

● We are aware of the issue where description of item effect for Stun Trap and Fire Shot displayed when you mouse over the effect icon is different from their actual effect.

● We are aware of the issue where "Great Desert Expedition Log V" is displayed as UNKNOWN. 

● We are aware of the issue where Black Sprit bounces when moving forward under the possession.

● We are aware of the issue where number of Waiting to Sell and Waiting to Purchase are not displayed in Central Market.

● We are aware of the issue where AP of Kunoichi's sub-weapon is not applied to total damage.

● We are aware of the issue where starting price is not displayed upon searching items.

● We are aware of the issue where number of registered items is not displayed on the first page in Central Market.

● We are aware of the issue where there's information in Crafting Notes about fish which isn't actually available in game.

● We are aware of the issue where the last hit of [Berserker] Elastic Force does not inflict damage in PVP when the skill level is Lv.2 or lower.

● We are aware of the issue where Enhancement chance is displayed as 100% when Use Cron Stone is checked after checking Force Enhance.

● We are aware of the issue where characters can't inflict damage for 2 sec after attacked by opponent with a debuff skill.

● We are aware of the issue where a message saying 'you are reconnecting' appears when attempting to switch gears with items in Morco's Gear Bag. 

● There is an issue where the Marketplace Director Elle Belucci’s icon is not showing up on the World Map located in the northern part of Calpheon’s capital.

● We are aware of the issue where 'Piku the Yeti' quest are being displayed. - This quest cannot be accepted and will be deleted during the next maintenance.

● There's an issue where Black Spirit Emoji isn't displayed in the guild chat window if guild members are from different channels.

● There's an issue where a character which completed quest [To Level 50!] Go Beyond Your Own Limit can't use Social Action, Confident.

● We are aware of an issue where the shadow is abnormally displayed when using low, very low, optimization or remaster mode.

● HP notifications are visible to characters that are not participating in Node War.

● We are aware of the issue where characters fall down to the ground at specific locations in Navarn Steppe.

● We are aware of the issue where you cannot scroll after selecting 'Desired Skill' when changing horse skills.

● We are aware the Camera Afterimage Effects is not applied even after the settings are changed in Remastered Mode.

● We are aware of the issue where Mystic's Noel Outfit does not properly appear when the character is damaged.

● We are aware of the issue where every attacking damage is affected by Main Weapon only.

● We are aware of the issue where the quest [Special Gift] Travelling Light II cannot be completed after using reward item [Event] Value Pack (1 Day) upon completion of quest [Special Gift] I. 

● There is an issue where Skill EXP cannot be cumulated further once it reaches a certain amount after tagging Archer with another character.  - Archer is able to gain Skill EXP correctly.  - For all Adventurers who are playing Archer and another character together by using character tag system, please transfer the cumulated EXP before reaching character Lv.55. Also after Lv.55, please transfer the cumulated EXP to another character every 3 hours at least. 

● We are aware of the issue where some monster's HP is abnormally applied.  ㄴ Gyfin Rhasia Statue of Earth / Boss Monster Gehaku and Saunil Siege Captain from Ancient Relic Crystal Shard / Magram from Pila Fe Scroll.

● During the main quest, no sound is emitted during the cut scene that is played by the NPC Margaret at the Delphe Knights Castle.

● We are aware of the issue where guild funds cannot be collected.

● We are aware of an issue where the color information would remain in the dye window when your character is attacked while in the dye page.

● We are aware of the issue where Striker's skill 'Ferocious Assault' cannot be used when Black Spirit's Rage is locked by pressing ALT + B. - This issue is expected to be fixed during maintenance next week.

● We are aware of the issue where some of the previous version Main Quests (not the renewal version) are not progressed as intended.

● We are aware of the issue where Valk's Cry are not used when progressing the renewed Main Quests. 

● We are aware of the issue where Saiphir Greatbow cannot be used to repair durability of Ultimate Saiphir Greatbow. 

● We are aware of the issue where Greatbow of Fate cannot be used to repair durability of Greatbow of Fate. 

● We are aware of the issue where the Witch character occasionally jumps before teleporting when using the Teleport skill. This issue will be fixed next week.

● There is an issue where the items shipped from Tarif to Epheria do not arrive correctly.

● We are aware of the issue where forts, command posts, field HQ, and annexes constructed beforehand for Conquest War are being revealed to other guilds during Node War and can be hit by them.

● We are aware the blood effects are not being displayed in Ultra Mode.

● We are aware of the issue where the 5th pet selected in a pet exchange does not disappears after the process. However, a pet that remains due to this issue cannot be used in another exchange or taken out. Please log in to the game again and it will disappear.

● There is an issue where items from Halloween Nightmares Event would not be visible in the inventory. - This issue will be fixed during the next maintenance.

● We are aware of the issue where the Halloween quest '[Event] My Dark Half' is still being displayed in the New Quest tab. - This quest cannot be accepted or completed.

● Fishes from a distant ocean have started to appear.

● We have stopped spawning Mischievous Jack as it was spawning abnormally. - You also cannot use Halloween Pumpkin Seed, High-Quality Halloween Pumpkin Seed, and Special Halloween Pumpkin Seed obtainable from Mischievous Jack.

● We are aware of the issue where a first forced-hit of a character does not decrease Karma. This will be resolved next maintenance.

● We are aware of the issues with planting seeds using 'Place Mode' in gardens.

● We are aware of the issue where you cannot exchange or use '[Event] Halloween Candy' temporarily. This issue is expected to be resolved next week. (Keep it somewhere safe!)

● Icons of following items in Crafting Notes are not being displayed correctly:

- Jewel Embedded Stone, Well-polished Sole. This will be fixed during next Maintenance (10/17).

● Calpheon-2 servers is temporarily inaccessible. - We are working to restore access to the server as soon as possible.

● We are aware of the issue where you cannot interact with 'A Book Written In An Ancient Language', the target for the main quest 'Now That You Can Read...' in Valencia Part II.

- This issue is expected to be resolved during maintenance on 10/10 (Wed).

● We are aware that you cannot exchange the 'Mutant Enhancers' during the 'Subjugate Muraka & Quint' event questline. - You are now able to exchange items if you have 6 'Mutant Enhancers'. We will do our best to get this issue resolved as soon as we can.

● We are aware of the issue where the language of the Guide Video in below menu is not being displayed properly. - 'Guide Video' on the top right corner of the game client - 'Skill Combo Guide By Class' in skill menu - 'Guide Video' in World Map.

● We are aware that the lure traps used for hunting bosses cannot be crafted through 'Manufacture'.

● We are aware the Trader's League of Valencia Desert are not showing up. - This issue is expected to be resolved during next week's scheduled maintenance.

● We are aware of the issue where the tribute wagons from Balenos and Serendia are not appearing. - This issue is expected to be resolved during next scheduled maintenance.

● We are aware of the issue with Kreator and will not appear as a temporary fix.

- This issue is expected to be resolved during scheduled maintenance on 10/3 (Wed)

● We are aware of the issue where the rider in the backseat of the guild elephant dealt abnormal amount of damage.

● We are aware of the issue where the pillar of light does not appear when using navigation.

● We are aware of the issue where you are not able to fish at certain locations in Heidel and Mediah.

● There is an issue where the contrast on background is too high when playing in-game cut scenes under Remastered version. 

● There is an issue with Breeding Count Reset button is displayed on a horse which is breeding. 

● There is an issue where a character can't go up due to out of breath at a certain point under Junaid River. 

● We are aware Adventurers are not able to accept/complete the following 2 quests. They are expected to be fixed during maintenance on 09/12 (Wed).  - Why Did the Goblins Run Away? - Treasure Hunter - The Last Piece

● It is not possible to create Boss White Wolf Lure Trap and Boss King Brown Bear Lure Traps. 

● We are aware of the issue where the item name for 'Valks' Armor: Resistance' is currently displayed as 'Valks' Necklace: Resistance'. This will be fixed during next week maintenance.

● We are aware of the issue where an abnormally large number of seagulls appear the seas near Illiya Island and Weita Island.  - Please note that the seagull flock effect is not available from these abnormally appeared seagulls.

● There is an issue where the screen goes black when the screen resolution is changed. 

- Solution: Move your character to return your screen to normal.

● We are aware of the issue where the main quest of margoria, 'A ship in Distress in the Peyon Sea' cannot be completed.

- Please refrain ● There is an issue where the ship transporting items from Altinova to Ancado Inner Harbor does not reach its destination.form using this feature until the issue is fixed.

● Character/pet/guild etc. names should consist of 4-16 characters, but name policy in-game descriptions incorrectly state 3-16 characters.

● There is an issue where the text 'Change Horse Appearance' is being displayed in Korean. This will be fixed during next maintenance (07/05).

● 'Popular Photos'  in the Photo Gallery menu will only show the first page when attempting to view other pages

● There is an issue with Mystic not making sound in Customization.

● We are aware that additional Cron Stones may be used up when trying Enhancement with certain TET level items. This will be fixed and any extra Cron Stones consumed will be restored in next week’s maintenance.

● There is an issue where the screen goes black when the screen resolution is changed.     - Solution: Move your character to return your screen to normal.

● Guild Expenses is displayed in Guild shop for players without a guild

● Tooltips are not being displayed when mousing over Combat EXP and Skill EXP rewards in the quest reward window

● The text of period for the event "Enjoy Mysterious Lake Ellie Festival" is incorrect on task(hotkey "y)

● We are aware of the issue where Black Magic Crystal items are on the Item Drop List of Desert Naga Temple and Desert Naga Commanding Officer could actually drop Black Magic Crystal. These issues will be fixed in the next maintenance.

● Hunter’s Seals will not be exchangeable with Thyshelle Arms in Tarif temporarily. Upon right-clicking the Hunter’s Seal item, navigation to Thyshelle Arms will be activated but item exchange will not be possible. This temporary revision will be restored next maintenance.

● Terrmian Pearls cannot be sold to NPCs. Will be fixed during maintenance on 07/12.

● We are aware that there is an issue where certain skill effects would not properly seen from other Adventurers' perspectives. This will be fixed in the next maintenance.

● There is an issue where Adventurers are not able to get '[Event] Terrmian Pearl' as a reward when completing the following minigames: - [Event] Recruiting New Cannoneer! - [Event] Bang Bang! - [Event] Save Summer!

The Terrmian Pearls will be sent to Adventurers that have completed these quests during next week's maintenance (07/05).

● We are aware of the issue where the 'Known Issue' button in the ESC menu connects to another page.

● We are aware of the Campsite Shop issue where items offered would appear unpurchaseable even when you have enough Silvers in your Inventory. We are currently working on a fix.

● There is an issue where the Campsite icon is not properly displaying after the 'Camping Tool' has been registered. - To resolve this issue, go to the character selection page and come back in. The Campsite icon should now be properly displayed.

● We have recently found that revised Accuracy effects will not implemented properly. The revised Accuracy effects are displayed with “Accuracy + n%” in the skill tooltip window. ※ Many of our adventurers have reported that Accuracy is not being implemented properly, including for the Witch and Wizard, and we went through an extensive review in covering all skills of all classes. As a result, we confirmed on this issue and we are working to fix it fast. Typically for the Witch and Wizard, these two classes utilize many skills that are affected by Accuracy and thus the issue might have been felt stronger. We sincerely apologize for the extended review process and the inconvenience we have caused. This known issue is scheduled to be fixed next maintenance. We apologize once again to all of our dear adventurers.

● We are aware of the issue where house doors and guild house doors would be penetrated through without collision.

● There is an issue where annexes (e.g. Flame Tower, Hwacha, and others) cannot be removed before the start of Node/Conquest War. - The annexes can be used and removed during Node/Conquest War. - Please be careful when building annexes because of the issue stated above.

● There is an issue where you cannot enter servers other then the last server you were in when a world boss appears. 

● There is an issue where it looks like you are able to hit dead monsters when a world boss appears.

● 'My Information' window (P) appears differently for users depending on the patch applied

● Female Serendian Soldier Outfit missing no. 2 dye slot

● Incorrect in-game description of Value Pack, which lists Merv’s Palette as one of the pack items and Combat/Skill/Life/Horse EXP bonus being 10%. Merv’s Pallete item is not included in Value Pack, and actual EXP bonus is 30%

● Guide Video UI is not being displayed in Skill window

● Issue of villagers referring to Heidel Artisan Cook as Islin

● Issue where fish cannot be caught in a small patch of lake behind the cabin at the Mysterious Lake Ellie Festival.

● Issue where the hide other character function (Shift + F5) does not work

● [Bookshelf] Earning knowledge through Bookshelves after changing character does not work (including normal, and furniture bookshelves)

● There is an issue where the skills Blizzard and Ultimate: Blizzard do not deal damage to monsters, Adventurers (Players), and other enemies when cast after the skills listed below. Forts/command posts and annexes during Conquest/Node War also do not receive any damage. Wizard & Witch - Blizzard, Ultimate: Blizzard Wizard - Water Sphere, Aqua Bomb Witch - Detonative Flow

● Text within Red Battlefield Rankings not displaying properly

● The Renown Score system is miscalculating some Adventurers’ Renown Scores.

● Issue where using grappling skills on monsters sometimes will not work properly

● There is an issue with MP not being consumed when Ranger uses the skill ‘Will of the Wind’ while it’s still on cool down. 

● There is an issue with Musa and Maehwa as they are able to use the skill ‘Chase’ even though they do not have enough stamina.

● There is an issue the floating effect not being applied when Tamer uses the skill ‘Soaring Kick’.

● We are aware of the fact that Frenzied Destroyer skill of Berserker was not working intermittently. This will be fixed shortly.
