We want to start by saying thank you to all the Adventurers that participated in the ‘Today’s Pick’ event.

Anyone that bought the event items in the Loyalty Shop at least 4 times during the event (2/1 ~2/7) were entered for a chance to win in this event.

- The event participants in this announcement are referenced by their Black Desert Family Name.

- If you are the winner, please send us your shipping information by email before 2/20/2018 (Tue) to receive the reward. Send the email to either one of the emails addresses listed (BDSEA-cs@pearlabyss.com) confirming the following - event name, email address, in-game family name, character name, legal name, shipping address and a contact number you can be reach at.

- The prize will be shipped based on the latest information you have submitted before the deadline (2/20/2018) for the requested shipping information.

- If you submit any incorrect information, you may be excluded from receiving the prize. Please ensure that the information you provide is accurate.

- You will be excluded from receiving event prizes if you’re playing Black Desert on a different server published in another country / region even if you win the event.

- The event prizes will be sent out consecutively. Any changes to the shipping schedule will be announced through an additional notice.

- Pearl Abyss will pay the costs of shipping for the prize, and the prize winner must pay for any applicable taxes involved in the shipping process.

- We will send information on applicable taxes and the payment method to the prize winner’s email (from: BDSEA-cs@pearlabyss.com)

- If you fail to send your personal information within the given period or fail to pay the applicable taxes aforementioned, it will be considered as a forfeit of the event prize.

- The prize content is subject to change, to a product within the same price range, depending on availability of stock and circumstance.

- Your prize may be cancelled if you used unapproved methods to try to gain an unfair advantage in the event.

- Winners of the Pearl Box will receive their prize in their in-game mail after the closest upcoming server maintenance.
