This is The MMORPG Black Desert.

There have been recently confirmed cases where Adventurers have run into problems and restrictions from the game. These cases were due to Adventurers purchasing Black Desert packages or Acoin through unapproved methods as outlined below.

1. Conducting payment through any method other than the Black Desert official website

2. Conducting payment through someone else’s name other than your own

For those that have been restricted for the reasons above, we sincerely regret the inconvenience that has been caused.

The Black Desert Operations Team would like to address these cases as much as we can.

Unfortunately however, we are unable to lift the restrictions as per the game’s Terms of Service and Operational Policy.

The terms and policies that apply to this matter are as follows.

1. OBT Operational Policy - 8. Table of Restriction Criteria / Real Money Trade

 Act of trading Acoin and paid content with real money/real goods.

2. Terms of Service - Article 7 Paragraph 2    

The user must state his or her real name and actual information at the time of application. In the event that the name or identification information is false or stolen from another person, the member cannot assert the rights of the member under these terms and the company can cancel or terminate the Use Contract without refund.

3. Terms of Service - Article 14 Paragraph 16    

Take unfair advantages by exploiting all processes related to user sign-up, game use, payment refund, etc. provided by the company and Settlement Company

Accounts determined to be in violation of the above policies will be penalized according to the severity of the violation in accordance with the terms and policies mentioned above.

In other words, abnormal purchase methods may lead to restrictions on your game service and additional inconveniences that result from the restriction.

We strongly recommend that you do not make any purchases outside of the official website and that you do not make the purchase under anyone else’s name other than your own.
