What are Twitch Drops?
Twitch Drops are a way to earn a variety of valuable items by watching streamers who are streaming Black Desert on Twitch.tv.
How to Claim
STEP 1 Link your Twitch.tv account.
STEP 2 Watch a Black Desert streamer who has Black Desert Twitch Drops enabled.
STEP 3 Claim rewards once you watch for the required watch time!
Step 1. Linking your Twitch.tv account
Log in to your account on the Black Desert official website, then go to [My Page] - [Link Account] and link your Twitch.tv account to enable Twitch Drops on your Black Desert account as shown below.

STEP 3. Claiming rewards once you watch for the required watch time!
① Log in to your Twitch.tv account and go to your [Twitch Inventory] to claim your Twitch Drops.
② Log in to the official Black Desert website, go to your [Web Storage], then click the [Claim Drops] button, and select your character to send the items.
③ Open your in-game mailbox (B) to receive the items.
If I’m a Twitch streamer, how do I enable or disable Twitch Drops?
* You have to be logged in to your Twitch.tv account to enable Twitch Drops via the link below.
① Go to your [Creator Dashboard]
② Under the [Viewer Rewards] menu, click [Drops].
③ Turn on the [Enable Drops] setting.

- You can check whether Twitch Drops are enabled by searching for the [Drops Enabled] tag in the Black Desert category.
- Depending on the Twitch Drop event, there may be different stages of watch time requirements to claim rewards. You must claim the previous stage’s reward in order to activate the requirements for the next stage’s reward
- If you fail to claim the previous stage’s reward, your watch time progression towards the next stage’s reward will not be counted.
- More information regarding the active Twitch Drops campaign can be found at the top of the streamer’s chat window.
